In my last review I pointed out my 11 windows that were installed by Window Depot- Green Bay we not installed right, but after coming in contact with Bob a few weeks ago we agreed on a date and they came in and fixed everything. Both John and Bob were present while there guys were doing the adjustments, and I can now retract my previous post and say Bob kept his word, he came over and got the job done right.

I highly recommend this company. Our house is about 38 years old and had the original windows. The representative came out right away when I called in August, explained everything very well, and discussed what would work the best. We had Window Depot replace most of the windows with triple pane. Wow the quality is impressive. Also cleaning these will be significantly easier than cleaning my original double hung windows. Installers arrived on time, called on their way, and finished in less than 5 hours. Very professional installation and looks like original installs. Now I'm considering replacing the patio sliding door!

I love these triple pane replacement windows. They reduce the outside noise as well as the elements. The price is the best I have found and have put them in my home and two rentals so far. Bob and John are great to work with. Thumbs up! The warranty is fabulous, the inner window had a hair line crack on one window 6 months after install. 1 called and walla, a new window was there and replaced within a few weeks. Great job guys.

We had all our windows replaced in our home by Window Depot. We had others give us quotes and Window Depot's were the best quality and pricing by far. The triple pane technology certainly makes a huge difference when it comes to keeping the heat in the house. We were able to see and feel the difference after we experienced a snow storm that dropped over 20 inches of snow along with high winds in our area. The installation for the most part was good, I think the contractors had some unforeseen challenges removing the old windows because of the age of my house. Because of this I had a bit more finishing work to do on the interior of the frame than expected. After inspecting the windows on the exterior I had a few questions about the install so I called and they came right out to the house the next day to address my concerns. Overall I am very happy with the windows and the experience I had working with Window Depot and have already recommended them to other people looking to replace their windows.

Bob was a very friendly Christian man to talk business with! He was very informative about the windows quality and construction. The windows were ready earlier than expected and they notified us of same. They scheduled us quickly within one week of receiving them. The installers were a hoot to work with! They were friendly and funny, and should receive the "Miss Congeniately" award! The very next day after installation, we did a test by keeping all windows closed. Indoor temperature stayed 12 - 15 degrees cooler than outside temp, which was 84 degrees! SUPER windows, and the wife LOVES her larger living room window!!

Last summer we had 28 windows replaced in our home near Lake Michigan by Window Depot USA of NE Wisconsin. We first talked to two competing window companies and then chose Bob and his crew after looking closely at their windows. I am an engineer and I could see that the Window Depot windows are much higher quality in every way and for much less money than the others. In addition, Bob was willing and able to accommodate our custom antique grid designs in two large windows to fit our 125 year old house and he was undaunted by a tricky basement window situation and a very high third level attic window that had to accessed from outside. John made scheduling the install easy and had his team at our house exactly when he said he would. The installation crew of Leonard, Christian and Desmond were first class. They cared about getting everything done just right and did a first rate job. They were friendly and efficient and we were comfortable with them in our house for the three days it took to install all 28 windows. I could keep going but the bottom line is these are all good people, who do a great job at putting in superior windows for less money than the competition. Having a houseful of these great windows has been wonderful. The clear vistas through the new windows have been an unexpectedly bonus and the absence of drafts has made our old house much more comfortable this winter. Truly our only regret is that we didn’t have these windows put in sooner.

I cannot say enough about my experience with The Window Depot. They installed new windows in my house last year and did a great job, so I knew I wanted to use them again when I replaced my breezeway and garage windows. I was blown away by the results and their exceptional service in general. My garage windows were old glass block style windows which were grouted in just like the brick is, so I was a little worried about how the new windows would look. They turned out AMAZING and the team did such high quality framing work that reassured me that I made the right decision to replace the blocks. The sales rep Shawn suggested I replace the 3 side by side windows on each side of the breezeway with large picture windows and I was shocked how much that opened up the room and made it brighter and allowed more visibility to the outside. Everyone at The Window Depot, from Shawn in sales, the owner Shaun who was on site during the entire install, and the awesome installers John and Steve deserve praise! Outstanding work all around. I highly recommend their services!

I couldn't be happier! The salesman who stopped out to give a quote was very thorough and addressed any of my concerns. The quote was given in August and I paid half down. The windows and patio door were installed in December. There were a few items that were shipped and damaged so the replacements were ordered and installed in March. I was impressed that I was never asked for the other 1/2 payment until I was satisfied with the final installation. Workers were awesome installers as well as very friendly. I highly recommend Window Depot to all I know!

Whole experience was great from estimate to install. Installers we professional and quick and took pride in their work. Due to windows needing custom sizing took a couple of months but so worth the wait.

I had my entire home's windows replaced by Window Depot including a non standard size patio door. They were measured ahead of time accurately and professionally. When they were delivered on installation day all windows arrived in perfect condition, no glitches. The size and colors were perfect. So happy I chose beige for the exterior and woodgrain on the interior, they look so nice! On the day of installation the two installers arrived on time and had everything they needed; a mini workshop was inside their work vehicle. Each window arrived wrapped and in excellent condition. The temperature outside that day was about 98 Degrees with 70% dew point - hot and miserable. The two installers worked swiftly, tirelessly, efficiently, and in an organized manner. A mess was not made. The windows went in seamlessly. They paid attention to detail and did high quality work. Every last detail was covered including my questions ,etc. They did not leave at 5:30 until I inspected and approved of the job done. I cannot say enough praise for the product, price, and staff of this company. They are SO EASY to keep clean, summer or winter. Their warranty/guarantee is awesome.

This was the best place!!! Don’t bother with anywhere else!! Before I found Window Depot, all I got was pushy rude salesmen who told me what I needed! Window Depot came to my house talked to me about what I wanted, gave me options and actually found me a better window, cheaper!! He took a ton of measurements and then the installers took measurements to make sure what they ordered came in perfect!! Even though I was also replacing the carpets, the nice installers were careful not to get mud on it !! In spring!! In Wisconsin!! Then they cleaned up and took all the old junk away. My window is BEAUTIFUL!! It really has done a lot for our “curb appeal “ and I appreciated how everything was done when it said it would be done! Thank you Window Depot!!

I had very old windows replaced in a duplex that I own. I feel like I got the “Rolls Royce” of windows for a great price! My tenants are very happy and said their apartments are a lot warmer. They are on a busy street and right away noticed how much quieter it was with the new windows. Installation was quick and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We did a lot of research before we chose Window Depot. There are many companies out there with quite a bit of difference in window quality. We found Window Depot to be high in quality, and with the windows being triple pane, the windows are highly efficient with an excellent warranty. In fact, the windows are certified by Energy Star.gov as being the most efficient! Another item to note when comparing other companies, ask about the window warranty. The Window Depot warranty is excellent, while warranties vary widely among the other companies and some are simply not very good. The individuals we have interacted with, namely Bob and John are knowledgeable and honest. We value those qualities. How often does someone buy windows? Dealing with people of integrity is a must! We purchased 10 windows. The 5 windows installed upstairs, we went with the basic white vinyl windows. For the 5 windows installed on the main floor, we chose a light oak wood grain color to match the woodwork. The installers were courteous, did a professional job and cleaned up after themselves. We are so pleased, we have contacted Bob to replace the remaining 10 windows in our house. Those 10 windows are now installed & they look great! We didn't know much about replacement windows when we started the process, however now we do. We purchased the most efficient windows on the market, at a price better than other companies we looked at, and dealt with honest people. What a pleasant experience! I hope this is of help to you when looking for windows.

We got multiple quotes and Window Depot was almost 1/3 of the price. Very professional staff. Shawn is the owner and other Sean is their rep. You can tell he is not out here to price gouge the average guy. He will not make you feel pressured into making that sale happen right then & there. He will come in, take his measurements. Then he will let you know he will plan to follow up with you. 0 pressure tactics. I ended up calling him back 3 days later knowing we wanted to go through window depot. 10/10 rating. Highly professional. Took less than 2 days for 10 windows. Efficient quality team they have.

While having wood flooring installed it was discovered that water was getting in due to our existing patio door. The flooring installers could not go any further until the door issue was resolved. I called Window Depot and Bob came out to look at the situation immediately. I was able to purchase a door asap. We were 3 weeks away from our wedding that was to happen at our home. Talk about a little stressed! Bob knew this and made sure I was in the loop at all times with the door status and when the door arrived 2 weeks later it was installed immediately. The installers were great and really took great care when installing the door. The outside matches our siding and the inside matches our existing wood perfectly. it is beautiful and we couldn't be happier!
